Event Description

TRX阻力訓練主要是用一條TRX帶,透過不同的懸吊式訓練動作,利用自身重量的阻力,可以更精準地使用到正確的肌肉群,增加運動效果。

TRX其中一個好處當然是修身了。使用TRX進行鍛練的時候,身體一部份處於懸空,所以為了要保找平衡地完成整個訓練動作,就必須同時選用身體多組肌肉去對抗阻力及不穩。

 

What to expect

課程中會以高強度間歇性訓練 (H.I.I.T) 的方法,30-45秒不間斷高強度動作/10-15秒休息;
- 係目前受到女性喜愛的健身減脂運動之一
- 加強肌肉耐力,改變身體重心
- 感受核心肌群運用 
- 燃燒脂肪,雕塑曲線

參加者請穿著普通運動衫褲及自備飲用水上課
