導師更會在課堂指導大家製作由零到一法式撻皮及玫瑰忌廉,讓你在課堂掌握烘焙法式糕點的技巧,如何打造幼滑玫瑰忌廉的秘訣。你亦可以發揮創意,在你的製成品放上新鮮無花果及乾玫瑰花瓣,內外充滿驚喜!

Fresh figs season is back!

A tart made of traditional French Pate Sucree (sweet shortcrust pastry) and Creme Patissiere a la Rose (rose pastry cream) would definitely match so well with the in-seasoned fresh figs.

In this workshop, you are going to learn how to make the tart crust and rose pastry cream from scratch, and all secret tips of rolling and lining the pastry as well as cooking the pastry cream into right consistency. You will decorated your own 6-inch tart with imported fresh figs and dried rose petals.

What to expect

每人可以帶走一個6吋長的無法果玫瑰忌廉撻。

包括材料,包裝及烘焙用具。

學員可以學習法式撻皮及玫瑰忌廉的製作過程。
