搖搖，聽起來像只是小朋友的玩意，能做到的都是拉上放下，這些簡單的動作。
然而，不要把眼光放得如此狹窄，只要你望遠些、放開些，會發覺搖搖原來已是一種表演藝術，搖搖表演者只要隨着音樂律動，可以做到不同的花式和動作。
搖搖亦是一種競技運動，不但能緞煉手指、手腕和眼力，更能訓練出你的定力和反應。而且，還已發展出一套完整的比賽制度、排名制度和評分準則，任何人都可以隨時有機會跟世界高手一較高下。
這個一天的工作坊，將於一個半小時內巔覆您對搖搖的看法和印象，你會發覺搖搖這個小小的玩意，原來可以有無限可能；可以是everything，甚至讓你擴闊眼界、結識到不少朋友，變作somebody。

I think the host teaches very well and clearly is an expert at the yo-yo. he had prepared a lesson plan to introduce the fundamentals of yo-yo tricks, it was structured and communicated well. The best part was his flexibility to adapt his lesson plan according to the level of his customer.
