Event Description

About the class: Ashtanga yoga asana (posture) practice is a dynamic yoga asana sequence. It focus on the three places of attention or action (posture, breathing system and looking place) throughout the practice. These three are very important for yoga practice, and cover three levels of purification: the body, nervous system and mind.
In this mixed level class, we will go through some of the the poses from the standing, seated and closing sequence of Ashtanga primary series. Variation will be given for beginners.

Venue: please contact me for the venue details, mostly in HK island central & western district.

Things to bring along:
1) yoga mat (recommended!)
2) towel
3) water (drinking water during the class is not recommended)
4) workout clothes
5) SMILE!

Class fee: $120

Remark:
Please do not have a big meal 2-3 hours before the class. Empty stomach is recommended.
