Event Description
在此工作坊，你會學到怎樣用手搓好麵包團，再拿去發酵，整個過程只會採用天然材料，不含任何食物添加劑，最重要更會學到麵團造型、水煮、烘烤的小貼士，學完之後，即使家中沒有大型的工具都可以再親手造出煙韌可口的貝果。
本工作坊導師為 Luna，她的烘焙作品在網絡上十分受歡迎，更在香港擺過市集攤位。貝果是她其中一樣最拿手的料理包點，除了教授學員怎樣做出貝果應有的結構、質感、外表之外，更會提議大家不同餡料的配搭食法。
每人會帶走3個貝果以及一小瓶香草洋梨醬，中間有茶點時間。每班最多6人。

Luna is very nice who guided us every step patiently as well as gave us some tips about baking bagels. It was appreciated that all the ingredients were well prepared. The studio is so clean and comfozy. Don't miss this! The bagels are so delicious and perfect match with the natural pear jam. Worth try it!
