有著法式的名字,來自日本的一款經典洋菓子蛋糕,來到韓國掀起一股烘焙熱潮,今次Sweet Petite K 就把它帶來香港,和大家一起焗製、品嚐這款鬆軟、順滑、茶香四溢的日式抹茶巧克力忌廉蛋糕。

在此工作坊,你可以學到怎樣焗製我們經典的抹茶蛋糕,打發白巧克力鮮忌廉,並學會製作如絲般軟滑的抹茶淋面醬 (matcha ganache glaze),最後洒上日本金箔碎作為裝飾。

每人會完成一個約6吋的蛋糕。會提供一個合適的蛋糕盒。

Gateau au the vert sounds absolutely French, yet it's a signature cake originated from Japan and gets really popular in Korea. Sweet Petite K is more than happy to share the joy of baking this soft, creamy and aromatic cake (and of course the recipe) with all of you.

In this 3-hour workshop, you are going to learn how to bake our classic fluffy matcha (green tea) genoise, whip the-most-perfect-ever white chocolate chantilly cream and make the silky smooth matcha ganache glaze. You can also experience how to mask and decorate your 6-inch cake with chantilly cream, fill the cake surface with ganache and drizzle with some Japanese gold leaf flakes.

You will bring home a 6-inch cake with a cake box (with handle) provided.
