Refund and Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation and refund policy

A cancellation made 48 hours prior to the start time of the event , you can get a 100% refund of the original payment.
A cancellation made within the 48 and 24 hour period before the event start time , the host may charge up to 50% of the total booking fee as the administrative fee, depending on the host arragament.
Cancellation within 24 Hours : 0% Payment refund
If the Host canceled the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Your refund will be returned to your original payment channel within 5-7 business days upon application. If it is not successful for a particular reason, we will refund your funds by bank transfer and contact you by our staff .
* Some events were not able to offer free cancellation due to the content of the course activity (such as venue and material preparation). We will make it clear whether the event has a free cancellation policy on the booking page of the event. If you need to cancel the reservation, you will not receive any refund.
