這款伯爵茶戚風蛋糕格外香軟,外層配有伯爵牛油忌廉並以伯爵巧克力ganache 淋半邊作結,最後您可以隨自己喜愛加上伯爵馬卡龍、麥提莎、棉花糖作裝飾。每人會得到一個約6吋大小的蛋糕,連包裝盒。

我們選用英國特級茶Taylors of Harrogate, 你將會學到焗製雪芳蛋糕的技巧,及製造現時流行的巧克力淋醬甘那許的秘方,你亦會學到更多有關蛋糕佈置裝飾方法。 

每人可以帶走一個六寸蛋糕,與你親友一同分享!

Who fancies Earl Grey tea as much as I do that you just want to bake everything with Earl Grey tea?

Instead of Twinnings, we are using TAYLORS of Harrogate tea leaves to bake the chiffon, whip the buttercream and in the end infuse into the chocolate ganache. Feel free to decorate with some pre-made Earl Grey macarons, maltesars and marshmallows.

In this workshop, you will learn how to bake an extra fluffy chiffon cake with vegetable oil (no butter used) and how to make Italian meringue buttercream and runny ganache to create a drip cake (recent hot trend in all kinds of cakery!).

Definitely a lot of useful tips on chiffon cake decoration will be covered in the workshop. Each person will take home a (approx) 6-inch cake home to share with their friends or families.
