日式疏乎厘芝士蛋糕是不少人的最愛,輕甜而不膩的口感,令人一試難忘。這款蛋糕看似簡單,卻蘊合了多種烘焙技巧,而造出疏乎厘般的鬆軟芝士蛋糕,不論熱食或凍食也相當美味。

在此工作坊,你會學到怎樣焗製日式焙茶疏乎厘芝士蛋糕,以及傳統英式奶油醬 - creme anglaise,從未想過兩者是如此的美味絕配,後者更是烘焙界中必修的課題。每人會帶走一個約6吋的蛋糕,及一小樽的奶油醬。

Super fluffy and aromatic souffle cheese cake is always welcomed by all kinds of cake lovers, including myself. You can either have it warm or chilled, and both taste absolutely divine.

In this workshop, you are going to learn how to bake Japense style souffle cheese cake with hojicha powder (roasted matcha -japanese green tea) and cook the perfectly-matching vanilla custard sauce - creme anglaise. Believe me, you never knew something eastern and something western can ever match so well.

Each person is going to take home an approx 6-inch cheese cake and a little pot of the sauce.
